Overview

In 2024, an international company specializing in design and construction sought to fill a top executive position. This role required overseeing four production facilities in Central Europe and North America, and the search needed to be conducted with the utmost confidentiality. The CLIENT, based in Germany, engaged PRODENSA to locate, vet, and present suitable candidates swiftly, ensuring that the selected individual met the stringent demands of the role.

CLIENT Needs Understanding

PRODENSA initiated the project by gaining a deep understanding of the CLIENT’s specific requirements for the executive role. Candidate Search, Selection & Pre‑Screening

The entire recruitment and selection process was completed efficiently, within 1.5 months, including a 2‑week period of inactivity due to the CLIENT’s vacation.
