Overview

The CLIENT, an SME in the IT ‑ ERP Consulting industry based in Poland, faced a critical shortage of senior ERP professionals and limited HR resources due to the vacation season. To address these challenges, the CLIENT engaged PRODENSA to provide Recruitment Team Outsourcing (RPO) services for a six‑month period. The main objectives were to temporarily support the internal HR team, fulfill the demand for ERP consultants, and minimize recruitment costs.

The primary challenge was the CLIENT’s limited budget, which constrained the recruitment fees. PRODENSA addressed this by providing a team of two recruiters and a project manager for a fixed monthly fee. This fee also covered the costs of advanced recruitment technologies, ATS system accounts, and access to candidate databases and job boards. By allocating recruiters based on specific job profiles and matching them with their expertise, PRODENSA was able to optimize the recruitment process and deliver quality results within the CLIENT’s budget constraints.
